Consulting and implementation projects are quoted by scope — highly variable depending on complexity, required integrations, client team size and duration. Our strategic diagnostic tool. An audit analyzing your company in 3 phases (Identity, Operation, Structure) delivering an executive dossier with SWOT analysis, USD leak quantification, impact matrix, 3 twelve-month scenarios, 90-day roadmap, and a strategy session with a Partner. Do you work with small companies, freelancers or solopreneurs?
Yes, we segment by NEED, not size. We work with solopreneurs and freelancers (1 person) up to 1000+ employee corporations. We started as 1 ourselves — we know the problem matters, not headcount. Solo founder needing to structure operations, build processes, or decide with data? We help. 200-person team needing ERP/CRM/BI integration? Also. The only thing that does not make sense is hiring consulting when you really need a one-off freelancer.
In which countries do you operate?
We have operational teams in four countries: Florida (United States), Spain, Colombia and Argentina. This gives us time-zone coverage and local market knowledge. We work remotely with clients across Latin America, the United States and Europe. Languages: Spanish and English. We understand regulatory differences (GDPR in Europe, SOC2 in USA, local fiscal regulations in LATAM).
How long does a typical project take?
Depends on the type of work. Analyst: form takes ~10 min and dossier is delivered in ~24h with Partner human review. Standalone advisory session: 30-60 min, proposals and conclusions in writing within 48h. Scoped implementations (single system): 4-12 weeks. Integral projects (multiple connected systems): 3-8 months with deliverables every 2-4 weeks. Guaranteed in all cases: concrete value from the first month.
How do I decide if I need COBIZ or a freelancer?
A freelancer solves an isolated task well (a site, a dashboard, a CRM setup). COBIZ comes in when you need to integrate pieces or make strategic decisions: your CRM talking to your ERP, marketing reporting real ROI, data giving operational decisions. Yes. We have three advisory formats without implementation: (1) Standalone session: 30-60 min to resolve a specific decision. (2) Process advisory: 3-6 months accompanying you in a transformation you or your team execute. (3) Monthly retainer: 4-8 hours per month for ongoing consulting, decision review, quarterly planning. You can also combine: start with advisory, validate direction, then decide if we implement together or you continue.
